Master of Codes

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") and End User License Agreement ("EULA") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Master of Codes ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your download, installation, and use of the Master of Codes mobile game application.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use Master of Codes on authorized mobile devices (iOS, iPadOS, Android) that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, service marks, game designs, visual graphics, sound effects, audio compositions, logic algorithms, source code, and user interface elements in Master of Codes are the proprietary intellectual property of the developer and/or its licensors.

You agree not to copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the application or any part thereof.

4. In-App Purchases ("Remove Ads") & Store Billing

Master of Codes offers an optional digital In-App Purchase ("Remove Ads") to enhance your experience:

5. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Because all transactions are billed and managed directly by Apple and Google, we do not directly collect, hold, or process credit card payments. Consequently:

• Apple App Store: All refund requests for purchases made on iOS must be submitted to Apple directly through reportaproblem.apple.com according to Apple's refund guidelines.
• Google Play Store: Refund requests for purchases made on Android may be requested through Google Play Order History or handled in accordance with Google Play's standard refund policies.
• All digital purchases are considered final once activated, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Free Tier & Advertising

The free version of Master of Codes is supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you agree to the display of advertisements (interstitial and rewarded ads) during your gameplay sessions. Purchasing "Remove Ads" permanently suppresses these advertisements.

7. User Conduct & Fair Play

When using Master of Codes, you agree NOT to:

• Use automated bots, cheats, memory injectors, or exploits to manipulate local game records, timer countdowns, or achievements.
• Modify, tamper with, or forge store receipt tokens, RevenueCat entitlement identifiers, or local SQLite database files.
• Distribute, lease, rent, sell, or sublicense the App or any digital entitlements to unauthorized third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Master of Codes is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the developer nor any affiliated partners shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of device functionality, or loss of profits arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App.

10. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Master of Codes only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the App to you in accordance with its policies.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and shall have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
